· Please describe the objectives you set out to achieve at the beginning of your follow-up phase. Did you achieve these objectives? If so, how? If not, please explain. Our activities are aligned already under the Alumni fund for campaign SMART objectives because, same activity with last year then it is good remain to locals to more strongly shifting to IC. Because last year results for permit one is very near of IC so it is great help to moving it. Mean is hunting is very important threats to gazelle population and also if hunters feeling comfortable to follow orders on hunting law it is getting back more, that ideas telling to people. Also those activities exactly follow schedule during world day events.
We updated some materials for Tag and Permit system when improved Hunting Law by Mongolian government on early last year.
Wildlife health experts from the Wildlife Conservation Society have published evidence which supports the conclusion that Mongolian gazelles—one of the most populous large land mammals on the planet—are not a reservoir of foot-and-mouth disease (FMD), a highly contagious viral disease that threatens both wildlife and livestock in Asia.
Outbreaks of FMD in Mongolia affect domestic sheep, goats, camels, and cattle as well as Mongolian gazelles. In a country where roughly one-third of the human population relies directly on livestock production for their subsistence, outbreaks of FMD cause severe disruption of the rural economy.
