我的幸运是与生俱来的吗？

我总感觉我是个幸运儿，从小到大，每次让人提心吊胆的事，一到我这里好像都变得很顺利，很圆满了，这和我积极、向上、乐观的待事态度有关还是付出努力的结果呢？让我一直不解的是，有些事你没法努力，没法付出，一切要看运气，而这些人为无法控制的事，一到我这里每次都会让人如愿以偿、称心如意，这到底是怎么回事呢？

生猪喂养试验出成效了

自4月份开始我们在项目地选择了5个农户开始了生猪喂养试验，一直以来大家对这个试验的期望都很高，希望能有个满意的结果。

组织村民开展清除垃圾活动

6月的霞若和香格里拉气候相比，气候差异实在太大了，一处早已进入炎热的夏天，而一处正式繁花似锦的春天，虽然两处相隔不远，而且都是本人经常去的地方，但这样的气候反差，实在让我难以适应，可看到社区农户们在自家的田间地头忙碌的身影，我们这点困难算什么，他们可是每天从早上一直忙到晚上6点，中间最多吃个中午，休息半个小时而已，不管太阳晒的怎么火辣，还是每天雷打不动的完成每天的劳动。

乡村一道亮丽的风景线—海报粘贴

自豪项目宣传产品——海报，早在5月中旬就已经在保护区全区发放完成，虽然作为项目主管的我，没时间到每个地方亲自粘贴，但我已经在委托同事和项目组成员时，再三强调过：“一定要粘贴在人员集中，走动频繁，而且比较显眼的地方。”事情安排之后，办事的同事们纷纷打来电话说事情已经办妥了，可让他们发几张照片时，他们个个都说，你没要求照相，哎！真是要命了！那时真的巴不得自己马上下项目地照几张美照让大伙来分享一下，可那路，短时间内永远是个障碍物！

I saw Yunnan Golden Monkeys!

Since we started working with Baima NR on the Pride Campaign, I have heared about, read about, dream about the beautiful Yunnan Golden Monkey all the time. Even my computer desktop is a baby Yunnan Golden Monkey! Apr 29, 2010, I was so thrilled to saw the monkeys in Gehuaqing, the core zone of the nature reserve, with the company of Zhuoma, the Campaign Manager, and Mr. Zhao Weidong, the supervisor of Zhuoma, Rare team and Club Penguin guests.

This field visit focused specifically on the activities and progress to date of The Nature Conservancy’s Rare Pride campaign running in Baima Snow Mountain Nature Reserve. The campaign is working to reduce fuelwood consumption and targeting a few specific audiences, including farmers who use fuelwood to prepare cooked food for livestock, and women’s groups who lead fuelwood collection for the purposes of cooking in villages. Sina Zhuoma, a reserve staff member, is the courageous and lovely campaign manager overseeing this campaign and partnering with these key audiences to make an impact.

We visited a Tibetan school, where teachers and students had dancing, contests and other activities planned to raise awareness about deforestation and to inspire pride in the Golden monkey.

惊喜但有点遗憾

         这些天我不断地在问我朋友一个问题：“你好好想想是在什么杂志上见到过有关霞若户外广告牌的报道”，可他总是抓抓头说：“抱歉，实在想不起来了”，看他确实回忆不起来的样子，我也不忍心再折磨他了。

太好玩了，猪还有实心的！

项目地的生猪试验开始以来，5家农户的小猪们长势可好了！上周在陪同瑞尔保护协会和企鹅俱乐部客人检查指导项目区开展项目情况期间，我们也来到了生猪喂养示范户了解生猪喂养情况。一到农户家，除了热情的欢迎就是不尽的感激之语，真是让我们兴奋不已啊！他们把小猪们赶出猪圈，让我们仔细观察它们的变化，还不停的说“太感谢了”，阿过玛家老公说，“这个生猪喂养试验将来绝对会成功，你们看看，当初开始的时候，我们家的这头小猪在这群小猪里是最小最瘦弱的，自从喂了你们提供的饲料后，变化太大了，现在比其它小猪身体强壮多了，而且毛色不仅光亮还很细腻，说明这个饲料非常有效，别看它们个头不长多少，要是称起体重肯定是最重的，真的。

歌舞展风采 真情迎宾客

         弦子悠扬、歌声阵阵，美丽与神秘相应，豪放与优雅共生，脸上纯朴、真诚的笑容表现出了当地孩子和村民的热情好客。
